"Any Way You Slice It"

The January 15th issue of Canada's Hello! Magazine featured the More from ACE Bakery© cookbook in their food section in an article titled "Any way you slice it". The wonderful images of the recipes provided by photographer Doug Bradshaw certainly enticed the readers to prepare at least one of the three recipes that accompanied the article.

The recipes included the Italian flavoured soup Pappa al Pomodoro, Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano on Ficelle, a featured sandwich at the ACE Bakery Café, and Baby Cakes that are perfectly paired with fresh berries and whipped cream. These delectable recipes along with countless others can be found in More from ACE Bakery: Recipes for and with Bread©, a best-selling cookbook written by ACE Bakery's co-founder, Linda Haynes.

In the article Linda was quoted as saying "You don't need to be a Cordon bleu chef" to create the recipes found in The ACE Bakery Cookbook and More from ACE Bakery. It is why Linda's cookbooks have become so popular and will be followed by a third in the near future.
