Executive Chef Peter George has lead the culinary team at 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower since 1995. A graduate of George Brown College in Toronto, Chef George has held positions at distinguished restaurants and establishments, including the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.
Chef George commissions custom-grown herbs, produce and other ingredients from local farmers and vintners. As part of a greening project, an extensive organic herb garden on CN Tower grounds produces over two dozen varieties of annual and perennial herbs as well as edible flowers and an assortment of vegetables, which he harvests in season daily to supplement 360's kitchen.
