More ACE Bakery Cookbook |
 May 31, 2006. Linda Haynes, co-founder of ACE Bakery, and author of the award-winning The ACE Bakery Cookbook, will soon publish her second book, More ACE Bakery, due out in the fall of this year.
"The response to the first book has been tremendous, so we have been busy putting together more of our favourite recipes, both for and with bread," explains Ms. Haynes. Similar to the first book, More ACE Bakery will include seven chapters of delicious new recipes for Bread - Yeasted and Quick, Breakfast, To Start, Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Dinners and Sides, and of course, Desserts.
