- Fill a heavy saucepan with approximately 4 inches of water, add White Vinegar, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and bring to a simmer.
- Break 1 egg into a small bowl and slide into water. Repeat with each egg, ensuring they are evenly spaced in the saucepan. Keep eggs simmering until whites are firm and yolk is still runny – approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove eggs from water using a slotted spoon.
