A food allergy is an immune system response to a food that the body mistakenly believes is harmful. There are eight foods that account for 90% of all food-allergic reactions. These are:

Fish

ACE Bakery does not use wheat-free flours. All of our breads contain at least one variety of wheat flour.
For those with nut allergies or wheatseed allergies, please note:
Some of our breads contain sesame seeds or poppy seeds, flax seeds, or
rolled oats
Raisin Walnut contains walnuts
Fig & Almond contains butter, egg-whites, and almonds
Multigrain - we make several combinations of multigrain breads or rolls.
They may contain rye meal, bulgar, whole rye flour, oat flour, thick rolled
oats, white buckwheat, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, kamut, amaranth, soft wheat
kernel, millet, and/or sunflower oil.
For those with dairy allergies, please note:
Burger Buns contain butter and eggs
Cheese Twists contain real cheddar cheese
Cranberry Focaccia contains butter and egg-whites
Fig & Almond contains butter, egg-whites, and almonds
Hot Cross Buns contain butter and eggs
