Nuts
Some ACE Bakery products do contain nuts and we cannot guarantee that your bread has not come in contact with these nuts.
Food-allergic reactions
A food allergy is an immune system response to a food that the body mistakenly believes is harmful. There are TEN foods and their derivatives that account for most food-allergic reactions. These are:- Peanuts
- Almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, walnuts
- Milk
- Eggs
- Fish, crustaceans, shellfish
- Soy
- Wheat or triticale
- Sesame seeds
- Mustard seeds*
- Sulphite
*The new Regulations coming into force on August 4, 2012 include mustard seeds.
Allergens
Allergens used in the bakery are:- Milk
- Egg
- Soy
- Sesame seeds
- Tree nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans)
Wheat flour
ACE Bakery does not use wheat-free flours. All of our breads contain at least one variety of wheat flour.
