Mission History Charities Testimonials Founders of ACE Wholesaler information		When it began 15 years ago, ACE gave a percentage of its pre-tax profits to Calmeadow, a Canadian charity founded by Martin Connell and Linda Haynes, which supported the provision of credit and financial services to micro-entrepreneurs in developing countries. Calmeadow has become self-sufficient and ACE now focuses its charitable efforts in the principal centers where ACE breads are sold. ACE donates a percentage of its pre-tax profits to food and nutrition programs that assist low-income members of the community, with a specific focus on community kitchen programs that foster healthy programs for children. We also focus on financing culinary scholarships, and supporting organic farming initiatives. Requests for community support are managed through the Toronto Community Foundation.
